In conjunction with Kreska Consulting, BTR Engineering, LLC provided consulting engineering services for the build out of new 3,000 s.f. main commissary for Roti Modern Mediterranean. The project included new packaged rooftops, exhaust for toilets/hoods/dishwasher, and make up air units. Electric, gas, water, waste, and fire protection services were engineered to serve all points within the space.
