In conjunction with Aria Group Architects, BTR Engineering, LLC provided consulting engineering services for several new, ground up, 12,000+ s.f. restaurants at various locations throughout the country. Mechanical systems were designed around packaged roof top units to serve multiple zones as well as several kitchen exhaust and make-up air systems. New incoming electric, gas, water and waste services were engineered to serve the new structure and all points within.
