In conjunction with Allen + Pepa Architects, BTR Engineering, LLC provided consulting engineering services for the 12,371 s.f. build out of an existing industrial facility (prep and paint) consisting of several buildings including classified (Class 1 / Div 1) locations. New dedicated make up air units and exhaust systems were engineered for the process spaces and an HVAC split system was designed for the office areas. Classified / explosion proof electrical systems were provided in the classified paint booths. A new sprinkler service including fire pump was engineered to serve the new facility.
